Most recently, I worked at Future Arc, a digital agency specialising in UX and strategy. My latest project with the NHS involved creating an innovative prescription labelling system. I also served as the lead designer for the largest data collection service within the Department for Education. In this role, I collaborated with multiple teams to develop an online tool to monitor school attendance across England. After implementing significant UX improvements, usage of the tool increased to over 95%. Prior to this, I worked with PwC, where I enhanced organisational efficiency by streamlining processes through digitisation. This project involved conducting research and leading design sprints, and was subsequently handed off for development.
